To Create a Financial Year

  1. From the Launchpad, click the Configuration icon ( ). Configuration options appear.
  2. Locate the Task Management group.
  3. Click Configure financial years.
    The Configure Financial Years page appears. For example,
  4. From the Actions menu, select Create.
    The Create dialog appears. For example,
  5. Enter a Name for the financial year.
    Note: This field is required.
  6. Select a Start Date for the financial year.
    Note: This field is required.
  7. Select an End Date for the financial year.
    Note: This field is required.
  8. (Optional) Enter a Description for the financial year.
  9. When you are finished, click Save ( ).
